The hotel has a beautiful architectural design.

My stay was marred by numerous issues. The mattress in the room stank even after I requested fresh sheets. Additionally, the rooftop bar was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to enjoy the evening. I was particularly disappointed that the staff had no bug spray available, and I had to deal with the discomfort all night.

The excellent breakfast buffet and stunning beach views enhanced our stay, while the attentive staff made every moment enjoyable. However, the long dirt road access to the resort was quite inconvenient.

Just a heads up, the kids' club was closed during our visit, which was a bummer, but we still had a great time! ☀️

the location of sofitel is amazing, super close to the beautiful beach. our superior king room had a stunning view that was even better than the photos! the gym facility is great too, perfect for a quick workout after a day in the sun.

The beach was stunning and the service was top-notch. Breakfast was a highlight with both Colombian and international options. Just a bummer that they charge extra for kids. would've loved to stay longer but it got pricey fast. Also enjoyed the poolside bar snacks!

Staff members, especially Osvaldo and Emerson, consistently provided excellent service, making each meal enjoyable and personal. However, the breakfast pricing felt excessive, and the spa experience didn't meet the expectations set by the hotel’s overall ambiance due to its small size. It's important to note that there are numerous appealing alternatives in the area for accommodation and dining options.

I spent four delightful nights at a Superior King Room, enjoying serene mornings on the private beach. The staff made me feel like family, and every meal was a culinary masterpiece.

Unfortunately, the wine prices were exorbitantly high, making it hard to indulge without breaking the bank. Additionally, getting from the hotel to nearby attractions was a bit of a hassle.

The beach access is phenomenal. The room had stunning ocean views. The staff provides attentive service. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious. I loved the lively atmosphere at the rooftop bar. 🌊

My stay was a dream! The breathtaking views from my Superior King Room allowed me to gaze at the endless blue of the ocean every morning. Each breakfast at the Cala Blanca restaurant was delightful, thanks to the warm hospitality from William and Juan, who made my mornings feel extra special. The beach access was divine—I spent my days lounging by the infinity pool, being spoiled with cocktails and delicious ceviche from the Bahia restaurant!
